Commissions, Premium Fees and Priority Listing Fees are needed to cover for the additional resources and expenditure brainforward.com have put in to ensure you get what you requested for promptly. It's like getting to stay in a hotel for free, yet you still have to pay for the additional room service if you have requested them. Fair right?

Who needs to pay Commission? And how much?
Tutors, teachers or trainers who gets the tuition job requested by parents or students arranged by brainforward.com. A one-time commission (maximum 40%) of first month tuition fee of that particular job will be made payable to us once you begin service. More info HERE.

Who needs to pay Premium Fees? And how much?
Learning centres who signup for the Premium Plan. Click HERE to check out the fees.

Who needs to pay Priority Listing Fees? And how much?
Tutors, teachers or trainers who signup to appear at the special prominent space in the tutor directory section. Click HERE to find out more on the plans and fees.

Can I get a refund?
Yes you can. You have a period of 5 working days to request for your refund. All refunds will be charged a RM2 processing fee.

Will my profile be terminated from the directory listing if I did not continue renewing the premium services?
No it won't. Your profile will still appear in the standard directory listing.

I have a website, can I link to brainforward.com?

How do I engage a tutor?
You may checkout the TUTOR LISTING or SEARCH TUTOR. Then, request a tutor with TUTOR REQUEST or CONTACT US. We will call you to verify and confirm your request details before shortlisting tutors for you.

Is my personal information safe when I perform a tutor request online?
Yes. We take privacy and information very seriously. Permission is needed from you with regards to the treatment of your information.

Are there any fees for engaging a tutor via brainforward.com?
No, it is totally FREE for parents or students. We only draw commissions from tutors for every successful matching tuition jobs.

How long does it take to get a tutor upon submitting my tutor request?
Upon receiving your tutor request, we will call you in within 24 hours to confirm your request details. Shortlisted tutors will contact you in less than 48 hours.

The tutor is not suitable, can I change the tutor?
Yes. Just inform us and we will find a replacement tutor to suit your criteria at no charge.

I am not a member, can I advertise?
Yes you can. Just CONTACT US and we will hook you up in here. However the price will be based on non member rates.

How do I pay?

When will my advertisement appear after I purchased the ad space?
Advertisements are placed on a first-come-first serve basis. Your ad will be positioned sequentially (according to order of submission) until it expires.

Can I change my advertisement message/visual during my campaign period?
No you cannot change it yourself. You will need to contact us to do so.

What kind of site can I advertise?
Any site. However, by default, we do not accept portal, classifieds, news, e-mall and site with competitive nature to our business. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any advertisement.

Can I stop my campaign half way?
No. All ad spaces sold are considered final.

Can I place more than one (1) advertisement?
Yes you can. Each advertisement is treated as an individual campaign, you can start as many as you want, or repeat the same advertisement for maximum branding and exposure.
